Introduction to the firing process of rotational molding machine products

1. Adjusting the speed ratio: Effectively utilizing gravity and centripetal force, it is known that electrostatic powder always tends to lean towards the bottom during fitness exercise, and the speed ratio is at the positive midpoint of the filtration when it rotates 8-9 revolutions per minute. Beyond the median value, the product is thick on both sides and thin in the center. Conversely, it is thin on both sides and thick in the center. In the production of general products, the rotational speed of the large frame of the rolling molding machine is 8.5 revolutions per minute, while the relative speed ratio of the small frame needs to be increased, and the transmission ratio for each product is different. 2. Igniting: The melting point of general electrostatic powder is 110 ℃ -140 ℃. However, at present, the combustion chamber of engines is very large. In summer, it takes ten minutes for a single burner to reach around 120 ℃, while in winter, it takes thirty minutes for a single burner to reach around 120 ℃. Nowadays, using dual burners immediately, it takes ten minutes in summer to reach 200 ℃. When the temperature reaches 200 ℃, one of the burners should be turned off to allow the static powder to melt stably in the furnace.

3. Product production: When the temperature inside the mold reaches the melting point of the electrostatic powder, a portion of the electrostatic powder is absorbed in the mold core. According to the continuous rotation of the rolling machine, the electrostatic powder adheres layer by layer to the melted plastic until it is completely melted. This entire process takes 40 minutes. (This whole process cannot be seen)

Attention: If the temperature is less than 100 ℃ from beginning to end, the static powder inside the mold of the rolling molding machine will always be static powder. When the temperature is controlled at 150 ℃, the static powder melts very slowly, and it takes more than an hour for one piece to be fired. When the temperature control reaches 220 ℃, it is a better temperature for firing. When the temperature exceeds 220 ℃, it is important to control the timing. Generally, it can be announced within 35 minutes. Exceeding this time may damage the release agent, causing the product to stick to the mold shell and damage the product. The mold needs to be repaired.
